STAINLESS STEEL MESH
Stainless Steel Wire Mesh는 산업용으로 가장 유명한 Screen 부직포로써 강한 내식성과 강도로 잘 알려져 있다. Stainless Steel Wire Mesh는 크롬과 니켈이 포함되어 있으며 담금질을 거친 것으로 무(無)자력 제품이다. 이는 Mesh를 짠 후 추훈 상황에서는 약간의 자기가 일어날 수 있다.

Type 304 & Type 304L
Type 304는 일반적으로 "18-8"(크롬 18% / 니켈 8%)을 말하는 것으로 일반적으로 와이어 직물에 이용되는 스테인리스 합금이다. 본 제품은 녹(부식)없이 야외 환경에 견디며 또한 최대 1400도 이상의 고온 환경하에내산화성을 가지는 제품이다. Type 304L은 T-304과 비슷하다.
Type 304 often refers to "18-8" (18% chromium, 8% nickel ). T-304 is the basic stainless alloy commonly utilized for wire cloth weaving. It withstands outdoor exposure without rusting and resists oxidation at an elevated temperature up to 1400 Degrees. Type 304 L is similar to T-304.
Type 316
이 제품은 2%의 몰리브덴을 첨가하여 안정화된 제품이며 "18-8"합금이다. 이는 소금물, 유황 함유 물, 할로겐염 또는 염화물에 존재하는 다른 크롬-니켈 스테인리스 Steel보다 내부식성이 더욱 강하다.
It is stabilized by addition of 2% molybdenum. T-316 is an "18-8" alloy. Type 316 has better resistance to pitting corrosion than other chromium-nickel stainless steels where brines, sulfur-bearing water, halogen salts or chlorides are present.
Type 316 L
Type 316L은의 Type316과 유사하나 보다 나은 Wire cloth 직물 및 보조 용접 특성에 대한 탄소 함량 감소되는 차이가 있다.
Type 316 L is similar to T-316, the difference being the reduced carbon content for better wire cloth weaving and secondary welding characteristics.
